Simon is an Ōmokoroa-based agent who genuinely loves helping people take their next step, whether that’s buying, selling, or simply getting clarity around what’s possible.

With a background in sales and marketing, Simon began his career with a multinational pharmaceutical company working alongside vets and farmers, before building his own people development business. Along the way, he’s delivered training in communication, leadership, and team effectiveness for organisations including Disney, DHL, Lion Breweries, The Warehouse Group and local councils here in The Bay of Plenty . Those experiences shaped the way he works today: clear communication, building strong, trusting relationships, and doing what he says he’ll do.

Ōmokoroa has been home for 7.5 years for Simon, his wife Jane, and their two children, and he’s proud to be actively involved in the local community, serving on the OPS Board and The Ōmokoroa Centre Charitable Trust, as well as supporting groups like The Playcentre, the Ōmokoroa Business Network and TEDx Ōmokoroa.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him on the sidelines of kids’ sport, attempting (and enjoying) golf, or catching up with friends around Ōmokoroa.
