July 2026, winter, slow market. The team of Rachel, Simon and Emma from YOUR REAL ESTATE were signed to sell our property in Omokoroa. The team was enthusiastic from the start and facilitated many of the activities required to get the house ready for market as we were not local to the area. All the paperwork was completed online which made the process so much easier. The regular online updates on the portal kept us well informed after each open home. Once a contract was signed, the trio ensured that regular communication between the buyer was passed on - and when we were not able to arrange for a contractor to come in, they assisted in securing the services of a local contractor. It was a huge relief to be supported in this way - especially as we were a good couple of hours away. We appreciated their perseverence and confidence in what was a tough market. Many thanks guys - you certainly helped us remain calm in what could have been a tougher journey. I certainly recommend your services.

We cannot recommend Your Real Estate highly enough. Rachel, Emma, Simon, and Lara are an exceptional team who made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and successful. Their communication was outstanding, they genuinely listened to our needs, and we always felt supported throughout the process. Their local market knowledge is second to none, and their advice was always professional and authentic. The whole team worked together seamlessly to deliver a level of service we have never experienced before. We are incredibly appreciative of everything they did for us and are absolutely delighted with the outcome. We highly recommend Your Real Estate!

We bought our section from Rachel back in 2018, so to now sell our home with her in 2026 feels like such a lovely full-circle moment! Rachel, Simon and Emma were fantastic throughout the whole process, making everything feel easy and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the result and are so grateful to the team. Highly recommend!

The whole team had a great understanding of what we wanted and considered all possible options that could help sell our home. The meaning of team is exactly what they embodied.

Great local market knowledge in Omokoroa.

The main emotional requirement for the seller is to trust YRE staff. They do know best. Letting go of your perceptions of the market and playing your own game may feel like a surrender but it proved valuable in our successful outcome. Life experiences outside this game may not be relevant.

Great feedback given from people who viewed. Kept us informed of comments made. Cannot fault the service given way above any other agents we have sold with.

Over four weeks of,at times, difficult due diligence, Rachel was brilliant, always available, always positive, ensuring complex information was made available as required. She had a great relationship with her vendors and quickly created a great relationship with us as well. Would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a home in Omokoroa

understooding clients needs & understanding personality & character of client. Excellent interpersonal skills shown by company & in particular Emma's ability outstanding.
