Refreshingly Open and Genuine. What a pleasure it was to deal with both Rachel and Emma. Right from the start warm and friendly , and completely transparent and open in regard to the house we bought they were marketing. So refreshingly different to the usual real estate companies. We had a great experience buying our home. After 3 months of open homes we found Emma to be by far the best agent we have come across. She was friendly and personable and seemed to genuinely care. She is a very busy agent but always had the time to respond and keep us updated, her communication is excellent. If she didn't know something she found out as quick as she could.
